The 24-7 movement seeks to prioritise Christ’s two greatest commandments: to love God with all our hearts and to love our neighbours as ourselves (Mark 12:30).

They pray and work towards this end by serving the church in facilitating and inspiring prayer, believing that a Church built on encounter and presence will be revived.

They also seek to engage with culture, recognising that a prayerful Church does not lock itself away from the world. Their dream is that a presence-orientated, encounter-focused bride will carry Christ’s presence into every aspect of culture which will lead to it being rewired.

They believe that a revived Church and rewired culture will inevitably result in the lost being reached.

24-7 Prayer exists, therefore, ‘to revive the Church, reach the lost and rewire the culture’. They seek to do this by mobilising the Church in prayer, mission and justice.
